Returns and Exchanges Policy

Thank you for shopping at Orchid Boutique. However, should you change your mind about your purchase, please return the unsuitable items to us, and we will be happy to refund or exchange them. We ask that you do this within 10 days of purchase.
Please note that returns are accepted provided they are in their original condition with tags intact and attached, and in their original packaging. Returned items can either be posted to us*, or returned to our shop. It is ESSENTIAL that you return the goods with an advice note listing your order number, your details, details of the product and reason for return.

Return of goods made outside this period, or otherwise not in accordance with our returns policy, may not be accepted by us for refund and may be returned by us to you at your expense.

Please note that refund timescales may vary depending on your card issuer, so please allow up to 14 days for the refund to appear in your account.

Please contact us quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product you wish to exchange and your exchange requirements. You will not be charged a second time for delivery on an exchange item.

Faulty/Incorrect items
If the item you have received is faulty or incorrect, please contact us quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for the return. You will also need to state whether you wish to be sent a replacement or a refund. Please return faulty items to us within 14 days of receipt.


*When returning goods within our 10 day approval period via the Post Office, we strongly recommend you send it by registered post, and/or obtain a certificate of posting.

Our returns policy is an additional safeguard for you, and does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
