This week our worlds have been turned upside down. Following Government guidelines we have temporarily closed our doors, entering into unchartered territory. We will miss those chats and trying on sessions over a cuppa, but most of all, we will miss you!
This seasons collection are stunning, and we hope to bring you a glimpse of them through the website and social media. If you do fall in love with anything, then please feel free to contact us and we’ll be happy to send a parcel by mail.
We hope you all take care and stay safe, and we’ll see you again very soon X
Clean fresh colours give the latest Bianca collection a Spring-like kick. Athleisure stripes and sporty silhouettes yield stylish, casual looks. Perfect to take you through the next few months.
Although we may love the vibrant new, spirit-lifting colours, not all of us are able to wear certain colours. The hot shade this season, zesty chartreuse, for example, can seriously mess with our complexion. In that case, this cotton-mix jumper can help work tricky colours into your wardrobe. It won’t drain your colour and leave you looking peaked.
Bianca have given us gorgeous bold bright colours this Spring, that will get you noticed: We’ve teamed the denim ‘Denver’ jegging with a classic stripe shirt and the luxurious faux-suede jacket in power blue. To finish, and compliment this casual look, we’ve added the Geox ‘Annytah’ loafer in scarlet or equally comfortable and on trend, the Geox ‘Myria’ trainer in white and silver – (both styles available from Daniella’s).
Well, here we are at the start of a New Year with lots of exciting things in store. The new season stock is arriving; Le Comte, Bianca, Monari, and Just White. Strong, bright colours in Bianca and beautiful, feminine pastels in Le Comte, are sure to present collections to desire, and remind us just how great it is to be a woman!
For those of you looking for a quick update to your winter wardrobe, the A/W Sale continues and there are still some amazing bargains to be had!
Since opening in Louth just over two years ago, the boutique has gone from strength to strength, and it has become increasingly demanding to maintain the website and bring you an excellent selection of inspiring womenswear to purchase online.
Therefore, we have taken the difficult decision to redesign the website, and while still bringing you insight into our fashion profile, online purchases will no longer be possible.
Our intentions are also to create an increased presence on Facebook and Instagram and with the back-up of our personal customer service, you are welcome to email us, or telephone the shop for enquiries, advice and mail-order purchases.
The new Autumn collections are now arriving, and we are SO excited. There’s a riot of colour for the new season and we are pleased to announce that we have introduced Olsen to the boutique, which gives a modern and versatile range of mix and match separates that are the perfect foundation for uncomplicated everyday outfits. You’ll be inspired by the beautiful, relaxed look of the Bianca Winter range, that’s great for co-ordinating and for something a little bit more glam, the Frank Lyman designs are a must for that seasonal occasion.
There are so many choices when it comes to layering this Autumn. You could go for a classic jumper and trouser look topped off with a seasonal jacket, scarf and ankle boots, or what about jeans, teamed with polo neck worn under one of this seasons fantastic knits? I’ve teamed up with my daughter’s shoe shop, ‘Daniella’s’, next door to show you some of our favourite layered looks
A scarf can transform a top or an outfit, giving you endless styling possibilities, and we ladies are in love with the fashion versatility, practical versatility and limitless combination options that scarves offer us.
There are many ways to tie a scarf and it’s a question I am frequently asked. I’ve even had ladies ask me to tie it for them before they leave the shop. So, I thought I’d share this guide with you to give you some tips and techniques to show off the beautiful scarves that you have bought from the boutique. Have fun ladies X
Summer has shown it’s face at last! It’s time to show off what we’re wearing, ladies and ditch that winter coat.
At Orchid Boutique this Spring, we have a range of maxi-dresses that will take you to any occasion: Perfect for the races, summer barbecue or your holiday wardrobe alike.
For more day to day-wear, or for the office, choose a more structured dress in a cotton or light-weight fabric.
And for that summer wedding or race day, Frank Lyman has it covered. Team any of these dresses with a contrasting bolero or pashmina, add your accessories and flaunt it! Wear again afterwards for cruising and holidays.
We hope that this brief insight gives you some ideas for your summer wardrobe, and if you’re in Louth, pop in and take a look at our full range.
